Pugreen CAST, developed for the synthetic
marble and solid surface segment, uses the
casting process.
The main applications are in wet areas such
as floors, coatings, countertops, tanks, sinks,
vats, and bathtubs.
Pugreen CAST's main differentials include its
resistance to abrasion, impact, fatigue,
elongation at break and surface finish. Due to
the low exothermic peak, it allows the
production of thick sheets and parts with
excellent surface finish and stability. The high
impact resistance minimizes damage during
logistics process.
Pugreen COMP was developed for the ballistic
protection segment and to parts made by hot
or cold compression process. Main
applications are vehicle armouring, residential
and commercial doors, shields, guardhouses,
construction systems and panels, among
others. Pugreen COMP's differentials are its
high impact resistance, elongation at break
and lightness. These features improve the
performance of ballistic and lightweight
protection products reinforced with aramid
fibre, special fiberglass, and high-
performance thermoplastic fibres. The special
curing system optimizes hot or cold
compression process and even in the vacuum
or manual process for the manufacture of
armoured plates.
Developed for the pultrusion process,
Pugreen PUL is used in profiles, platforms,
stairs, bridges, window frames, handrails,
high-performance lightweight structures for
modular construction systems, rebars for
concrete reinforcement, utility poles, towers,
sports equipment, and railway sleepers.
Pugreen PUL's differentials are its high
resistance to impact, fatigue, HDT, TG,
elongation at break, lightness, durability, and
flexibility. Odorless and volatile-free product.
Pugreen RTM was designed for processes that
inject resins in closed moulds with or without
the aid of vacuum. The main applications are
bumpers, fenders, hoods, fairings, external
roofs of trucks, blades, nacelles and spinners
(wind energy), boats, swimming pools, panels,
facades, hatches, roofs, buses fronts and
rears. Pugreen RTM's differentials are its high
impact resistance, elongation at break,
compression, traction, HDT, TG, lightness, and
excellent surface finish. Other important
characteristics are the absence of solvents,
cancelling the emission of volatiles, being an
odorless product, having a low exothermic
peak, reducing shrinkage, increasing
dimensional stability and the useful life of
composites moulds.
Pugreen SMC also uses hot-pressing process
and was developed to manufacture SMC
sheets. Main applications are bumpers,
mudguards, hoods, fairings, roofs (vehicles),
panels, doors, and facades. Pugreen SMC's
differentials are its resistance to impact,
fatigue, elongation at break, compression,
traction, HDT, TG, lightness, and surface finish.
Due to the high elongation at break, pieces
made by Pugreen SMC can be moved during
the process, especially when painting,
without the risk of cracks and consequently
rework. Product free of styrene, free from
emission of volatiles and odorless.
Pugreen VCL was developed for the
continuous lamination process. Main
applications are tiles, gutters, flat sheets
(visual communication), panels (construction
systems, refrigerated trucks and trailers).
Pugreen VCL's differentials are its impact
resistance, elongation at break, lightness,
flexibility, and excellent surface finish. Due to
the low exothermic peak, it allows the
manufacture of thick sheets with excellent
quality and stability. Odorless and volatile-
free product.
Pugreen VFW was created for the filament,
winding process. Main applications are pipes,
tanks, and utility poles. Pugreen VFW's
differentials are its resistance to impact,
fatigue, elongation at break, compression,
traction, HDT, TG, flexibility, and lightness.
Odorless product, free of styrene monomer
and free from emission of volatiles.
