Pugreen RTM was designed for processes that
inject resins in closed moulds with or without
the aid of vacuum. The main applications are
bumpers, fenders, hoods, fairings, external
roofs of trucks, blades, nacelles and spinners
(wind energy), boats, swimming pools, panels,
facades, hatches, roofs, buses fronts and
rears. Pugreen RTM's differentials are its high
impact resistance, elongation at break,
compression, traction, HDT, TG, lightness, and
excellent surface finish. Other important
characteristics are the absence of solvents,
cancelling the emission of volatiles, being an
odorless product, having a low exothermic
peak, reducing shrinkage, increasing
dimensional stability and the useful life of
composites moulds.
