Pugreen SMC also uses hot-pressing process
and was developed to manufacture SMC
sheets. Main applications are bumpers,
mudguards, hoods, fairings, roofs (vehicles),
panels, doors, and facades. Pugreen SMC's
differentials are its resistance to impact,
fatigue, elongation at break, compression,
traction, HDT, TG, lightness, and surface finish.
Due to the high elongation at break, pieces
made by Pugreen SMC can be moved during
the process, especially when painting,
without the risk of cracks and consequently
rework. Product free of styrene, free from
emission of volatiles and odorless.
